What are the setup and teardown times for exhibitors?

Exhibitors can begin setting up from 7:00 AM on February 24, 2026. The Expo runs from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and teardown should be completed by 6:00 PM. Specific details will be provided in your exhibitor welcome package.

Can exhibitors bring promotional materials and giveaways?

Yes! We encourage exhibitors to bring brochures, samples, or branded giveaways to engage attendees and promote your organization. Please ensure all materials are family-friendly and educational in nature.

Is electricity or Wi-Fi provided for exhibitor booths?

Basic Wi-Fi access and standard electrical outlets are available. If you require additional power, internet bandwidth, or AV equipment, please notify the event organizers in advance to make arrangements.

Are exhibitors allowed to host workshops or demonstrations?
